How to shop your closet
Being pregnant doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to all your fave wardrobe essentials, like your über-hot boyfriend blazer or neutral trench. Vanessa Knox-Brien and Baukjen De Swaan Arons, the founders of Isabella Oliver, say you can hang on to your famed jackets along with A-line skirts and flowy tops. You can definitely still wear those closet essentials but as the months pass, you may need to trade in your low-waisted jeans for maternity ones instead. In terms of new clothes, you should opt for anything that shows off your silhouette. According to Vanessa and Baukjen, being pregnant doesn’t mean you should wear baggy sweats. Make the most of your sexy new figure and wear ultra-soft fabrics that are comfortable and breathable.
